The living space (1-2 bedroom, bathroom) is located separately on the first floor in a bungalow made of beautiful red-wood, including a large terrace.
Many windows - also made of wood - some of them floor-to-ceiling, and the roof, which is made of handmade clay bricks, make air conditioning superfluous and ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
The Café is a well decorated oasis, where up to 20 guests (terrace & garden) can take a rest and enjoy your offers. Actually, the condition allows it to be turned into a restaurant. The size of the kitchen is sufficient for this.
A lovingly but easy-care designed shady, natural garden invites the guests, but also oneself to linger.
Further there is a new - fully equipped - Tiny-House in the back of the garden (completion 2022/2023), which can be used as a guest house or another bedroom with (hot)shower, toilet & kitchenette. The guest house is currently rented out to tourists via Booking.com and offers - in addition to the café - an additional source of income in the season.
